Anjali’s an IIM Lucknow alumnus (’93 batch). She’s worked in Blow Plast, Bank of America (retail assets), and then with Cognizant Technology Solutions – looking after pre-sales and heading the domain competency initiative for the Financial Services Group. She co-founded Catalyst Consulting with Jai, and shares his passion for training .
Anjali has authored all courses in the Finance & Banking Fundamentals and Retail Banking Areas.

Jai’s an IIM Bangalore alumnus (’91 batch). He joined ANZ Grindlays from campus. He then worked with Citibank, and Deutsche Bank, where he was head of Foreign Exchange & short term Derivatives trading for India. In 2004, he moved out of the corporate world, setting up a small, high-end corporate training firm, in Mysore. The firm – Catalyst Consulting – rapidly acquired star clientele and he’s delivered training to banks, consulting firms, IT companies across India, Sri Lanka, the UK, US and France.
Jai is also the author of all courses in the Treasury & Capital Markets, Market Risk and Currency & Interest Rate Derivative Areas.
