FLIP is short for our company's full name: Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd.. We like the 'FLIP' sound to it!

FLIP was born out of the need for high quality, scalable training in the Banking & Financial Services space – for all levels of expertise. We started work, in April 2009, with the two promoters working full time and one employee! We are now at a strength of 18 completely involved and committed professionals.

Just two words: ‘We care’.
We believe that ethical business is wise business; and if we care for you, you’ll stay with us. There are three key processes we follow, to make our principles real:

We took one look at the way e-learning is done today in India - and went the other way. Instead of having e-learning companies who don’t understand finance developing our courses, we have a team of MBAs in finance. We trained them in best practices of teaching; they add tremendous value to the e-learning.

1. Excellent quality: Our content comes in from senior professionals with years of Banking & Finance Knowledge. (Take a look at the faculty for each course!) We follow about 100 quality metrics, to ensure that each screen is error-free, attractive, interesting and up-to-date.

We also spent huge time and effort on designing our certifications – making them practical, focused and scenario-based. They should add value to both the individual and the business.
|

2. Customer CARE: Our customer interaction cell is in-house; and carefully chosen for their patience and interest in counseling. Every employee at FLIP – starting from the CEO – spends regular time (currently, one hour/fortnight) answering calls and talking to you.

We launched with our initial suite of courses in December 2009. Less than three months later, we were top four in the 2010 Global Giveback e-learning contest.
Today, our courses have earned feedback scores of 4.6/5; our certifications get guaranteed interviews in areas like Treasury and Corporate Banking; and JobConnect helps certified candidates connect to recruiters who value FLIP certifications.
