Starting from the batch of 2009, each year, fresh MBAs join us as Content Design Experts. They also get involved in the various functions of our organization and decide their growth path! MTPDs move into managerial positions in about an year's time.

Role Description

It's based out of the quiet, charming town of Mysore. We came here first - Infosys came next! You will enter as a Management Trainee - Product Development (MTPD) and do product development for the first 12-18 months.

You will also participate in parallel assignments in various functions within the company, as part of your MT stint, post 6-8 months.

At the end of the year, we expect you to take up independent general management responsibilities within the company, across any function or division.

This role fit will be according to your interest & skill set and company requirements.

 

 

What you will do in Year 1

  •  Understand financial content created by experienced practitioners
  •  Convert the content into e-learning modules using the PowerPoint platform

o Simplify and model complex material using the best practices of teaching

o Develop expertise in instruction design to improve delivery of knowledge

o Use creativity and intelligence to build practical assessments .

  • Take an active interest in the business of the company and participate in various management activities.

The courses you build, will drive the business: it's your chance to participate in growing a start-up from toddler, to a respected organisation. 

 

 What we are looking for

  • A top 50 MBA, who has taken at least 3 courses in Finance in the 2nd year.
  • A good academic record
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • High level of motivation and an urge to take on greater responsibility
  • Not afraid of getting his/her hands dirty or stretching to meet deadlines
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Re-locate to Mysore with a MINIMUM 2 year commitment.
