We need a team of entrepreneurial Managers to own and drive FLIP's business - work across functions and bring the vision to life.

Vintage range 1 – 10 years, post a premier MBA. You will have immense freedom to ideate, plan and execute and help build a company almost from scratch. It’s a tremendously challenging and exciting learning experience!

Location: Mysore

Broad Functional Areas:

a. Product development : Development of great e-learning courses: strong in banking & finance, love teaching: this is for you. Manage team of finance MBAs, innovate, design process and deliver.

b. Usage Management: The entire sales, learning usage, certifications, careers and showcasing cycle across an already large and growing base of retail customers: think out of box, implement, execute exciting ideas to spur retail sales and usage.

c. B2B sales: Has subsets: To banks, FIs, AMCs, IT companies, KPOs, corporates, colleges: Needs prior experience in banks/FIs/IT-BFS.

d. B2C sales: has subsets of online sales, management of Partnerships, Events, User sales: See User Management. Each a role in itself.

e. Certifications: Managing development, deployment, partner, experience and business: A strong process plus business orientation.

f. Customer feedback, CRM, support management: Build CRM, reporting, feedback, analysis: strong process and business orientation.

You'll start with 1-2 primary responsibilities and help in others as needed; will be able to move across functions over time: getting an overview of multiple functions.

1. In such a new company, it’s direct cause and effect. You do well, company does well. Company does well, stock price rises. You’ll see it.

2. Stock options is where your upside and savings come from - we believe in sharing equity; with 3 rounds of angel funding, this is a good deal! Dont expect both - high cash and ESOPs.

3. Your package will have a performance component.

4. Based in Mysore : your cash will take you at least 20% further than in a metro. Factor that in.

As the company grows, so will your responsibilities. We plan to roll out two more business lines and expand across geographies.
