The job:

We are working to set an industry benchmark for finance knowledge. We offer India's largest range of e-learning and certifications in this space.

Product Development is the core of our business. The Head of Product Development, will lead a team of MBAs in Finance, to constantly evolve fun, interactive, very high-quality courses across the BFS space. Our courses have won global awards, and earned us a score of 4.6/5 from ~ 5000 retail users – in 25 months.

You’ll constantly research the market to figure out new courses/business opportunities. You’ll hire, groom and mentor your team to grow into managers at FLIP.

Add to that a young startup atmosphere, where you will also experience a range of activities - working on large B2B deals, retail events, quality processes, capital raising... based out of the beautiful environs of Mysore, where we often cycle to work.

Who you are:

An I.I.M/premier B school alumnus with a minimum of two years’ experience in BFS.

You get along well with people. You are intelligent, solid, analytical, dependable and pay attention to detail.

You’re a deep-down nice person. You’re driven, but the means matter. You want to be in a place where you’re not just a cog in the wheel. You’re grounded, sincere and have a sense of humour.

You like training and teaching.

The big car and the fancy designation matter. But you’re willing to work and wait for them.
