How is FLIP’s training delivered?

E-learning : the way the World is learning.

 

FLIP delivers its training via interactive, fun e-learning courses. You don’t need to travel to attend boring classes at fixed times. Log on, and learn any time, any where, and as much as you like at one time. All you need is an internet connection. Let’s explain how it works.

 

1. Purchase: Once you Register, and activate your registration by clicking on the link in your mail box, choose the course you wish to purchase. The Combos are the best deal. You can use any of our credit card/debit card/net banking/cash/cheque/DD payment options.

 
2. Access: Now, log on. You’ll reach your Dashboard. Click on ‘My Courses/Certifications’.
 
3. The course you’ve purchased is now available for you to access!
 

4. Click on the course to see the list of chapters. Each chapter plays as an interactive set of screens.

 
5. What is e-learning? Do I attend any classroom sessions?

E-learning is the way the world’s moving. It enables us to take the expert, practical knowledge of a senior banking professional, convert it into a set of interactive screens, and disseminate it across thousands of learners. 6. But what if I have any doubts?

Not to worry. We ensure your doubts are cleared via three options:

  • You can send us your queries via e-mail.
  • You can attend our doubt clearing sessions held either as an audio conference or web conference. Here, you can talk to the faculty and other learners, understand concepts and get your doubts cleared! These sessions are held regularly. The timings are flashed on your dashboard
  • The recordings of these sessions are also available for you to access!
7. The e-learning’s great. But how will I remember what I learn? Are the courses downloadable?

Your player has a ‘Notes’ button.

Use this feature to make notes, which you can save on your computer and access anytime.
Also, you can download a Summary for each chapter which give you the key points; we also give you exercises you can practice.

 

  
8. When I’m done with the e-learning, what next?

Please give the Diagnostic Test seriously. Not only is this similar to the Certification Exam (not the same!), it also gives you chapter-wise feedback. Please revise the chapters basis this feedback, and make sure you clear the Diagnostic Test with good marks, before you attempt the Certification Exam.
