Job Description
  • Conduct system study and system Analysis, requirement gathering.
  • Assist Account Manager/Project Leader/Manager in developing realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of allocated resources.
  • Foresee issues/risks and take corrective measures.
  • Carry out detailed system analysis in consultation with the concerned project leader/manager.
  • Research, analyse and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities can be capitalized on and effects of competition may be minim.
  • Plan, oversee and execute the organization's brand building and promotional activities.
  • Identify potential market segments/verticals• Identify client business needs, make proposals for customer solutions
Job Requirements
  • Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and leadership skills.
  • Should be a techno-functional professional with relevant experience in customised software solutions.
  • Should have a thorough understanding / appreciation of software service business.
  • Should have experience in software contract negotiations.
  • Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plans.
  • Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills.
  • Exposure to CMM and Six Sigma processes.
