FLIP is short for our company's full name: Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd.. But, we like the 'FLIP' sound to it!

FLIP is backed by Catalyst Consulting - our partner concern - which has trained over 10,000 working professionals across six countries. Hundreds of them shared their need for career oriented training and certification.

 

Just two words: ‘We care’.

We believe that ethical business is wise business; and if we care for you, you’ll stay with us. There are three key processes we follow, to make our principles real:

Flip was born out of this need, in April 2009, with the two promoters working full time and one employee. We are now at a strength of 17 completely involved and committed professionals.

 

1. Excellent quality: Our content comes in from senior professionals with years of Banking & Finance Knowledge. (Take a look at the faculty for each course!) We follow about 100 quality metrics, to ensure that each screen is error-free, attractive, interesting and up-to-date.

We took one look at the way e-learning is done today in India - and went the other way. Instead of having e-learning companies who don’t understand finance developing our courses, we have a team of MBAs in finance. We trained them in best practices of teaching; they add tremendous value to the e-learning.

Our Vision Statement:

"To become the standard for finance education  for the individual throughout his/her life; via dissemination of honest, lucid, simple and interesting knowledge on all aspects of finance."

2. Customer CARE: Our customer interaction cell is in-house; and carefully chosen for their patience and interest in counseling. Every employee at FLIP – starting from the CEO – spends regular time (currently, one hour/fortnight) answering calls and talking to you. So the next time you call, you could be speaking to the V.P, or Head of Product Development, or the CEO.

We launched with our initial suite of courses in December 2009. Less than three months later, we were top four in the 2010 Global Giveback e-learning contest.

 

       But it doesn’t matter who you talk to. We’ll listen. We’ll act.

       And we’ll  get back to you.

We aim to have our full suite of courses ready by Dec-2010. We will always be looking to better our products and the experience we provide to you, our customer
