Finance training's our passion and we aim to specialize in excellence.  | Anjali Mullatti - CEO & M.D | One of the two promoters, Anjali’s an IIM Lucknow alumnus (’93 batch). She’s worked in Blow Plast, Bank of America (retail assets), and then with Cognizant Technology Solutions – looking after pre-sales and heading the domain competency initiative for the Financial Services Group. She co-founded Catalyst Consulting with Jai, and shares his passion for training in finance. Anjali is also the author of Finance and Banking Fundamentals Area and the Retail Banking Area. |
 | Jaishankar ('Jai') - Director | The other promoter, Jai’s an IIM Bangalore alumnus (’91 batch). He joined ANZ Grindlays from campus. He then worked with Citibank, and Deutsche Bank, where he was head of Foreign Exchange & short term Derivatives trading for India. In 2004, he moved out of the corporate world, setting up a small, high-end corporate training firm, in Mysore. The firm – Catalyst Consulting – rapidly acquired star clientele and he’s delivered training to banks, consulting firms, IT companies across India, Sri Lanka, the UK, US and France. Jai is also the author of the Treasury & Capital Markets Area and the Currency & Interest Rate Derivative Area. |
 | Arun Patro - Vice President (Sales, Marketing & Technology) | The first employee of the company is an XIM-B alumnus ('06 batch) and has worked across different industries - from FMCG to Education. He has over 5 years of experience in teaching/ education. He started his career with Godrej Consumer Products and has worked with Godrej-Hersheys, TutorVista and Manipal K-12. Arun is also the author of the 'MS Excel - Basics and Finance' course in Finance and Banking Fundamentals. |
 | Sourabh Chirimar (Head, Product Development) | An IIM Indore alumnus (’07 batch), Sourabh has experience across both banking and education . Prior to FLIP, he was working with Yes Bank in their Corporate Banking division, looking at credit and relationship management for large corporates. His experience spans 5 plus years and is across different functions in companies like Yes Bank, T.I.M.E. and Siti Cable. Sourabh has also co-authored the Corporate Banking Area. |
