We have a growing team of Content Design Experts (CDEs) from India's top 30 B-schools. At FLIP, we believe that the best way to understand the business is by creating our award-winning e-training products. All CDEs also have the opportunity to get involved in the various functions of our organization and decide their growth path! CDEs move into managerial positions in about an year's time.

Head - Business Development

Apply if you are: An I.I.M/ premier B-School alumnus;Banking & Financial Services exposure & sales experience, from any of the batches of 2001 – 2004.

In six months, we have built associations with India's leading banks, financial institutions and IT companies. We also were among the top four in Global Giveback: an international e-learning contest. We were the only Indian & non American company to be so honored. The role involves growing this starting success into national and international sales. You will be in charge of taking the business to achieve Rs. 250 Cr by 2015, which translates to ~ 5% market share; and beyond.

General Management Positions

Apply if you are: A premier B-School alumnus.

We’re a start up ( we went live in Dec 2009), with a large vision : 250 Crores in five years. We need people across roles and levels. Many of the roles are new; more are evolving continuously. While, we have specific skillset requirements for our IT team, for all other roles, we have a more ‘general’ requirement: managers who will work across functions and bring our vision to life. Vintage can range from 1 – 8 years: we’ll give you responsibility accordingly. You will have immense freedom to ideate, plan and execute.

Head - Technology

Apply if you are: An engineering graduate from a good college, with a 6-8 years’ experience. An MBA is an added advantage.

Reaching out to the retail audience across India has its own challenges. While the training delivered online is easily accessible by all, it is imperative that the platform functions smoothly even under low bandwidths prevailing in India. As the Head of IT, your role is to ensure FLIP’s success by enhancing the company’s web presence. You will be expected to understand FLIP’s offerings completely, lead the implementation of web applications and plan for risk and growth.
