FLIP offers e-training courses across the entire Banking and Financial Services (BFS) spectrum.
The authors of the courses are practitioners from private & MNC banks - all senior IIM Alumni.
After completion of each course, you can opt to write an industry endorsed certification exam.
You can directly write the certification too – but be sure you have the knowledge, it’s a tough exam.

Training Only	Each course is an independent training course covering topics that will help an individual perform in specific roles. For example, the Relationship Management Course will help any individual perform in the Relationship Management Division of a Corporate Bank. Additional Features along with the training course: 12-20 hours of quality content written by practitioners (equal to 4 days of classroom sessions) Three months access to the online courses played on a self loading flash player with controls. Faculty support through email Assessments interlaced in every chapter, to test your understanding Diagnostic test with chapter-specific feedback at the end of courses. You can create and store notes online and download/ print them as require
Training Combo	Training combo bunches all the independent courses. For example Corporate Banking combo will bunch the independent courses like - Transaction Banking, Relationship Management & Credit Risk Management.
