Being an early–stage VC fund, we like people with an entrepreneurial mindset. While we have well–defined roles for each person, we like to involve our interns in every aspect of our work (research, deal scouting & portfolio management).
We like people who are open to learning new things, and are hustlers who can get things done despite all odds. We have an open culture (and an open office in keeping with that!), where a lot of learning happens through thought–provoking discussions that take place with the Partners over lunch & chai. There is no hierarchy in the organization, and interns get to work directly with the Partners at the firm.
