Case Study: Symbiosis

FLIP programs have been implemented at various B-Schools, under Symbiosis International University.

Symbiosis School of Banking & Finance (SSBF): SSBF has incorporated four FLIP programs (Consumer Lending, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Wealth Management) for MBA students - One program per semester.

Each FLIP program is mapped to one course in a semester. Internal weightage is given to the FLIP program. FLIP programs help in bridging the gap between academia & industry. It helped students in their final placements.


Case Study: National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM)

NIBM (a RBI initiative) has incorporated FLIP's Smart Banker Program with Finacle Simulations, as a part of its PGDM - Banking & Financial Services curriculum.

It helps students get hands on experience on Finacle by Infosys, (used by most Indian banks) along with their PGDM; it makes them ready for a banking career.
